Allina Health Laboratory provides convenient locations for collection or drop off of samples (specimens) around the Twin Cities metro area.

  • A written order from your Minnesota licensed provider will be necessary to perform your lab work; we are unable to accept orders from providers located outside of Minnesota.
  • Please be prepared with the Allina Health Laboratory test request form from your provider/clinic and a copy of your insurance card.
Note: Allina Health clinics and other Allina Health facilities may electronically send a request form for their patients to the lab; a physical request form is not needed.
  • No appointments are required and walk-ins are welcome, however some site do prefer that appointments, which will expedite your visit, are made.
  • The test results will be sent to your provider; please contact them with any questions about your results

  • Due to the Stay At Home Executive order that the Governor of Minnesota declared effective Friday, March 27, 2020, at 11:59 pm, we will be decreasing our patient service center hours. New hours will start Monday, May 4, 2020, and will stay in effect until further notice.
  • In an effort to protect the health of patients and staff, we ask that only patients and those dropping off specimens with urgent testing needs present to our patient service centers during this time.
