Useful for:

Approximately 90% of peripheral T cell lymphomas are positive for Leu22
However, its disadvantage is that 30-40% of B cell NHL are also Leu22 positive
Approximately 90% of myeloid leukemias are positive for Leu22
The combination of CD20 positive and Leu22 positive lymphoid populations is diagnostic of malignant lymphoma
