Submit biopsy in Zeus Fixative. 

Submit entire specimen

If both routine histological exam and IMF are requested, two specimens must be submitted; one in Zeus media, and one in formalin.

Transport Ambient to Allina Health Central Laboratory-Histology Department.


Specimens placed in Formalin or other fixatives are unacceptable for testing.
