Aid in diagnosing Coxsackie virus infection. Coxsackie B viruses cause a wide variety of illnesses, including pleurodynia (Bornholm disease), meningitis, rash, pulmonary infection, and a generalized systemic infection.

  • Identify specimen as acute or convalescent
