The average peak concentration in fasted patients one to two hours after administration of a single oral 400mg dose of Fluconazole was 6.72 µg/mL (range 4.12 - 8.08).
 
No relationship between plasma concentrations and efficacy or toxicity has been identified for Fluconazole, however, exposure may be altered in instances of renal dysfunction or renal replacement therapy.
