Patient must present with a complete kit

Initial testing:

Streck tubes, 10 mL x2* AND

Lavender (EDTA), 6 mL*

*collection tubes are included in the kit

Subsequent testing:

Streck tubes, 10 mL x2*

*collection tubes are included in the kit

• Draw with 21 gauge straight needle, NOT a butterfly.
• Immediately following collection, mix sample thoroughly by gently inverting 8 - 10 times to prevent clotting

• Do not spin
• Submit original tubes
• Ship ambient overnight (same day is preferred)

Initial testing:

Streck tubes 10 mL x2 and Lavender EDTA, 6 mL

Subsequent testing:

Streck tubes, 10 mL x2

Ambient - 9 days

Refrigerated - NO

Frozen - NO

Ship Monday - Friday only
