How to collect a 24-hr urine sample

  
  1. Measure the total volume
  2. Mix well
  3. Transfer a 10mL aliquot (minimum 1mL) of the 24-hour collection to a Urine cup - acid washed (metal free)
  4. Record the total volume on the aliquot cup
