• CD2 should be used in a panel with other T-cell markers

Submit a formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue

Specifications

• CD2 is a glycoprotein found on most peripheral T-lymphocytes, on a subset of NK lymphocytes and on cortical thymocytes
• Some thymic B-lymphocytes are also positive for CD2
• CD2 is the E-rosette receptor.
