  • B72.3 reacts with a wide variety of adenocarcinomas, including ovarian, endocervix, endometrium, distal esophagus, stomach, colon, lung, breast, prostate, pancreas, and bile ducts
  • B72.3 does not react with hepatocellular carcinomas (0/20 cases)
  • Use B72.3 with panel in differentiating between malignant mesothelioma versus adenocarcinoma (see section on immunohistochemistry panels)
