ETV6 or TEL rearrangements are recurring abnormalities in B-cell ALL. According to current NCCN B-ALL guidelines, ETV6 rearrangements associated with ETV6/RUNX1 or TEL/AML abnormalities are classified as a good cytogenetic risk factor.
