For MYC negative results, 88366 will be charged.
If MYC is positive for rearrangement, BCL2/IGH and BCL6 will be reflexed and 88366 x 3 – Qualitative Morphometric FISH codes will be charged.
If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred
Fresh tissue specimens:
For MYC negative results, quantitative 88271 x 2 and 88275 x 1 codes will be charged.
If MYC is positive for rearrangement, BCL2/IGH and BCL6 will be reflexed and 88271 x 6 and 88275 x 3 codes will be charged.
If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred
