• Allina Health does not support Genesight or other PGx panels at commercial laboratories.
• GeneSight At Home, OneOme and Invitae PGx testing panels are still available for providers to use, but the ordering and collection are done directly with those companies.
• The test should be ordered through the company’s web portal and a cheek-swab self-collection kit with prepaid return shipping is sent to the patient’s home.  Results are returned to the ordering provider via web portal and can be printed, scanned, and reviewed with a pharmacist to assist with medication recommendations.
• Outside orders placed for PGx panel orders will not be converted to multiple single gene tests.
