Specifications

LeuM1 reacts with an antigen on myelomonocytic cells (eosinophils, neutrophils, and basophils)
LeuM1 also reacts with Reed-Sternberg cells, activated T-cells, occasional large cell B and T cell NHLs and some AMLs and CMLs
LeuM1 labels majority of adenocarcinomas and may be only focally positive.

Staining pattern

Cell membrane, cytoplasmic and Golgi apparatus patterns (Golgi staining is often seen with Reed-Sternberg cells of classical Hodgkin's Disease).
