Useful for:

CD30 can identify RS and mononuclear cells in classic Hodgkin's Disease (see section on immunohistochemistry panels), most anaplastic large cell lymphomas, and lymphomatoid papulosis
CD30 can also identify some plasma cells
CD30 reactivity can also be seen in some peripheral T cell NHL and some B-cell immunoblastic NHL
CD30 staining can be seen in embryonal carcinomas and occasional pancreatic acinar carcinomas
