Immediately following collection, mix sample by gently inverting 5 times

1. Allow sample to clot for a minimum of 30 minutes
2. Spin within two (2) hours of sample collection

Negative:   <9.0 Index value (presumed not immune)
Equivocal:    9.0 - 10.9 Index value (repeat in 1 - 2 weeks)
Positive:   ≥11.0 Index value (presumed immune)
