Immediately following collection, thoroughly mix sample by gently inverting 5 times

The titer of the anti-nDNA may decrease with successful therapy and increases in acute recurrence of the disease.
Screening performed at 1:10 dilution. Titers performed - 1:20, 40, 80, 160, 320 and 640.
