Using the spoon in the DianosTechs A vial, transfer enough stool to raise the liquid level to the upper groove (located at the base of the lid)
Use the spoon to break up clumps and stir thoroughly
Remove the spoon from the lid and discard
Cap tightly and shake vigorously for one (1) minute
Refrigerate until returned to lab
