Specifications:

• The antibody reacts with human mast cell tryptase, isolated from human lung tissues
• Tryptase is a protease found in the granules of mast cells, and is a mediator of inflammation
• Anti-mast cell tryptase labels mast cells in many tissues including respiratory and GI tracts, skin, conjunctiva and brain
• This antibody does not label basophils

Staining pattern:

• Cytoplasmic granular staining
