To identify patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Acute B-cell Lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma  (B-ALL) , Acute T-cell Lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma  (T-ALL), Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia or Eosinophilia.,

This test can be ordered individually or as part of the:

Immediately after collection, mix tube thoroughly by gentle inversion, 8 - 10 times, to prevent clotting

  

Dk green Sodium heparin (Na hep), no gel

  
Bone marrow
  
Bone marrow: 10 mL (minimum 5 mL)
  

Collect bone marrow aspirate in a sterile Sodium heparin (Na hep) syringe and transfer to a sterile vial/tube

Collect bone marrow in sterile syringe (non-heparinized) and transfer to a Dk green Sodium heparin (Na hep), no gel
